Who are we ?

A.F.C.T.S. is a non-profit organization, gathering collectors of stamps and philatelic items on the theme SCOUTING. Our members are often former scouts, French or foreign. Members are from Belgium, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Italia, Spain...
We promote studies and search on scout philately, which are published in our trimonthly bulletin.

A.F.C.T.S. in the unique French specialized in scout philately association. (We cooperate with all other organizations in the world). We want this web site as a place of study of the new issues of the world and world events on scout philately. A.F.C.T.S. is member of IFSCO (International Federation of Scout and Guide Stamp Collecting Organizations).
