Joining AFCTS allows you to receive periodically our bulletins and to benefit from scout philatelic studies and be informed of new issues.



To join AFCTS needs to fill a membership application form and pay a membership fee, 15 € or 15 US$ (8 € or 8 US$ for younth member - under 18).

	According to the French law « informatique et libertés » (06 août 2004), you have a modification right of the data transmitted via the internet site forms on request.
